When can I return an item?
You can request a return within 14 days of delivery.

What condition must the item be in?
Returned item must be unworn, unwashed, and include original packaging with all tags or stickers intact.

How do I start a return?
Email us at anatomydesignbyjoon@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll get back to you with instructions.

Return Shipping

Do you offer free return shipping?
We do not offer free returns. A $10 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

What if I received the wrong item?
If we made a mistake, we’ll cover the return shipping at no cost to you.

Refunds

When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be issued within 5 business days to your original payment method.

Are shipping fees refundable?
No. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Can I exchange my hoodie for another size or color?
We don’t process direct exchanges. Instead, return the original item and place a new order.

Exceptions

What if the returned item is worn or late?
Items that are worn, washed, or returned after the 14-day window will not be refunded.

What about final sale items?
Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or refunded.
